All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped immediately.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or carrier issues.

Shipping Rates  
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.  
We may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or during special events.

Order Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real time.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.  
Clawtastic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Damaged Items  
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and provide a solution.
